B) For those who have studied English/any other language, mathematics (higher or additional), with three elective subjects. Merit will be determined on the basis of English, Mathematics and best two other elective subjects 96.5% and Above.
2. B.A. (Hons)
ECONOMICS
Category A) 95.5% One Language, Mathematics/Business Mathematics and any two Commerce subjects OR Economics plus one Commerce subject.

Category B) 94% One Language, Mathematics/Business Mathematics and any two Science subjects OR Economics plus one Science subject.

Category C) 92% One Language, Mathematics/Business Mathematics and any two Humanities subjects

Category D) 96.5% One Language, Mathematics/Business Mathematics, any two subjects.

3. B.A.(Hons) English
As per Entrance Test Result.
4. B.A. (Hons) Hindi
A) For Arts Stream 72% and above in best four subjects with 75% and above in Hindi.

B) For Science/Commerce Stream 77% and above in best four subjects with 75% and above in Hindi.
5. B.A.(Hons) History
1. History + English + two Social Science subjects 84% and above

2. English + Three Social Science Subjects 86% and above

3. English + Economics + Two Subjects from Commerce stream  90% and above

4. Three subjects from science + English  93% and above

5. English + Any other combination 95% and above

Note: Only those who have not studied English their marks in Hindi/any other language may be counted as per the university rules..

Mathematics

Mathematics + One language + Any two elective subjects

(A) Excluding Home science, Fine Arts, Physical Education, Music, Painting, Logic and other Vocational subjects. - 93% in the best four with 97% in Mathematics 
(B) Including the excluded subjects above. 95% in the best four with 99% in Mathematics.

Political Science

A) Best of Four subjects including one language, Political Science and two subjects from Social Science Stream - 88%

B) Best of four subjects including one language, three Subjects from Social Science stream – 90%

C) Best of four including one language from Commerce/ Science stream – 92%

D) One language with any other combination of three Subjects 94%

Philosphy		 A) Best four subjects - English, plus three Social Science Subjects - 80%
