Hindu College has always striven for excellence. As always we had good examination results this year. At the under graduate level, out of 496 students who took the various final University examinations, 451 were successful, giving a pass percentage of 91%. Out of 275 or 56% were placed in First Division, 131 or 26% obtained Second Division and 45 or 9% got a Third Division.
At the post graduate level, out of 297 students who took the various final University examinations, 236 were successful, giving a pass percentage of 80%. Out of these 158 or 53% were placed in First Division, 77 or 26% obtained Second Division and only 1(one) or 1% were placed in the Third Division.
